Briefing: Design a range of outdoor furniture.
Concept: The Monsaraz range includes a lounge chair as well as a sofa. The furniture is made of aluminium profiles and woven Ardenza an all-weather robe.
Result: Because of its striking design, this distinctive furniture can be placed anywhere in the space. Monsaraz was designed to be beautiful from all sides, not only the front-side.
Borek Outdoor Furniture presented Maarten Olden’s new collection ‘Monsaraz’ during its house-show in September 2017, meanwhile Borek celebrated its 40th anniversary.
The Monsaraz-collection consists of a sofa measuring 215 x 106 x 84 cm (W x D x H ) and a lounge chair measuring 113 x 106 x 84 cm (W x D x H ).
The collection is made out of an aluminium tubulair frame, woven with luxurious ‘Ardenza’ robe. Available through Borek.
